Si chaque individu pouvait r\u00e9soudre tous les probl\u00e8mes par lui-m\u00eame, le leadership ne serait pas n\u00e9cessaire. Le probl\u00e8me est que nous sommes li\u00e9s \u00e0 des organisations qui doivent elles-m\u00eames faire face \u00e0 un nombre infini de d\u00e9fis. Ces d\u00e9fis, souvent complexes, se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 un rythme de plus en plus rapide et exigent d&#8217;\u00eatre relev\u00e9s efficacement et rapidement par les professionnels. Le leadership est n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9largir la port\u00e9e et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes.<br><br>Le leadership est souvent li\u00e9 \u00e0 la haute direction ou \u00e0 toute personne ayant un r\u00f4le d&#8217;autorit\u00e9. Cette perception est erron\u00e9e. Un dirigeant peut simplement \u00eatre quelqu&#8217;un qui prend l&#8217;initiative de r\u00e9unir un petit groupe de personnes pour poursuivre une t\u00e2che commune en temps utile et de mani\u00e8re adapt\u00e9e.<br><br>Un bon leader renforce l&#8217;autonomie de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une formation ad\u00e9quate, tout en favorisant sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de mani\u00e8re autonome. Les organisations d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui doivent faire face \u00e0 un environnement o\u00f9 les demandes et les contraintes \u00e9voluent en permanence.
